Your first visit is about you. Your comfort, your goals, your health.

Whether you’re coming in for a routine exam, TMJ pain, or sleep concerns, we’ll make the process straightforward. Our front desk team, led by Maryam, is here to help with scheduling, insurance questions, and anything else you need to know before your visit. We take our time with new patients.

Not sure which visit you need? Request an evaluation and we’ll help you figure out the right starting point.

  • General Dentistry New Patient Exam

Best for cleanings, checkups, cavities, gum health, and cosmetic questions. Typical visit: 60 to 75 minutes.

  • TMJ / Orofacial Pain Evaluation

Best for jaw pain, clicking or locking, headaches with jaw involvement, facial pain, and clenching. Typical visit: 60 to 90 minutes. Bring any prior imaging, appliances, and a list of what you’ve already tried.

What to bring

  • Completed new patient forms (or plan to arrive 15 minutes early)
  • Insurance card, if you’re using dental insurance
  • Medication list and relevant medical history
  • Any prior records: imaging, notes, sleep study results, guards, or appliances
  • Your top three goals (for example: “chew without pain,” “sleep better,” “stop breaking teeth”)

Insurance & Payment

Our team verifies your insurance benefits before your first visit so you show up knowing what to expect on cost and coverage.

We accept most major dental plans including Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Premera, and Regence. For TMJ and sleep-related services, coverage sometimes falls under medical insurance depending on the diagnosis. We’ll explain what typically gets billed as dental vs. medical and help with the paperwork.

Payment Options

  • Payment due at time of service unless otherwise arranged

  • Major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards accepted

  • CareCredit and healthcare financing available

  • For bigger treatment plans, we can phase care when it makes clinical sense
